One of the highlights of the celebrations across the nation is fireworks displays. When you watch a fireworks display live, what aspect do you find to be most excited by?

  • The sound of the explosions?
  • The magnificent colors and display of lights?
  • The oohs and ahhs of the crowd?
  • The feeling in your body of the explosions?

Each of us is moved by our own sensory buttons. On any specific day our ideal sensory button may be different from another day. This exact information is critical to be aware of when we are marketing our business. We must engage in all areas from visual pictures, video, audio, written words, internet, direct mail and more. You will reach people in a different way each time, and on a different day, in the knowledge that one day they will be ready to see, hear, listen, watch, or read what you have to say.

The use of colors is an art form and an exact science. The field you are in and the ideal client you wish to engage with will be attracted to certain colors as opposed to other colors.

In a similar fashion the words you utilize will need to be crafted to speak your message clearly, so you are understood by your ideal clients, and they feel good about you.

Books have been written about each of these subjects. The study of each of these areas may overwhelm or freeze you into inaction. You cannot permit this to take place.

A great example is the following article about how to create a fireworks display like the pros do. The point of this article for our purposes is not to create our own fireworks display, unless you want to do that. It is instead to read how the instructions are given.
